Coordination with bank executive for opening accounts of new joiners and maintaining employees' records files. Maintaining all employee's leave records and solving the query related to their leave balances. Managing end-to-end payroll activity of all employees i.e. consolidate Input for payroll processing and run the payroll of all employees including Overtime calculations, deductions, Bonus calculations, One-time payments, etc., and solving their query related to salary.
