Making an impact. What will you do?
• In this role you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory thru the reporters and directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory.
• This role will make you directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory
• You will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory thru the reporters and get opportunity to directly manage the Key accounts and have direct access to key stakeholders of all accounts and coordinate with plant, distribution and support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers
• Also, you drive new PSOs as a part of complete customer management and address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely redressal
• You will have to ensure timely submission of Territorial Reports, Volume Trends, Price Trends and you will drive Sales Mktg Initiatives and drive timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory
• Further, you will be executing as well as drive various SAFETY programs and other Customer Engagement activities
• In this role you also will be responsible for generating new large/strategic leads and work to convert the leads to business wins and you will support to collect and report market intelligence information related to competitor actions in marketplace
• Additionally, you will be collecting New market trends, Revenue, Product Price, DSO, New Wins, Customer Visits, Cylinder Management and Safety

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
• You have a minimum graduation in any stream with minimum six to eight (6-8) years’ experience in packaged industrial gases Sales, Business development, application sales and/or Operations management with five or more (5+) years within Healthcare Gases.
