What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

Bring minimum 3 years of cumulative Financial Services related work experience or a minimum of 2 years in Strategy Consulting.
Have experience in Financial Services sectors, such as Retail Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, and other similar retail areas
Previous strategy or management consulting (preferably in Financial Services)
Have experience with strategy development and strategy creation
Demonstrate project delivery experience in professional or volunteer context including:
Synthesis of analysis into coherent narratives
Producing tangible outputs at different stages of a process
Mentoring of junior team members
Experience managing people is a bonus
Bring strong quantitative aptitude (e.g., financial analysis, business-casing, ability to work with large/complex data sets
Have a solid understanding of what strategy is: “a set of choices made with intent to gain competitive advantage”
Technical knowledge is a bonus (e.g., relevant industry designation)

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels. Our approach is grounded on recognizing people's unique strengths and contributions and rewarding the value that they deliver.

Our Total Rewards Package extends well beyond traditional compensation and benefit programs and is designed to recognize employee contributions, encourage personal wellness, and support firm growth.
