Key Responsibilities:
Support the on-ground rollout of our two flagship programs in MH schools, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Build strong relationships with teachers, school leaders, and district and state government officials to drive adoption and ownership.
Train field staff and school teams on program use and provide ongoing implementation support.
Track usage and outcomes, analyze data to generate insights, and share regular updates with internal teams.
Collaborate with product, content, and central teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and document progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in education, development, or management is a plus.
2–4 years of relevant experience in program implementation, education, or government partnerships.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with government functionaries.
Basic data analysis and reporting skills; familiarity with dashboards and monitoring tools is an advantage.
Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi is also required.
Willingness to travel within state and occasionally out of state.
