General Assistance: • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs and setting up projectors or other equipment. • Run errands for office staff, such as going to the post office, bank, or other tasks as needed. • Support administrative staff with simple clerical tasks, like envelope stuffing, sorting mail, or data entry if required. Qualifications: • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • Experience:Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not necessary. Skills: • Basic understanding of office operations. • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
