Responsibilities

[EMEA Start Dates] - June 8th, 2026 - June 22nd, 2026 - July 6th, 2026 About the team: The EU MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers. The team is responsible for EU TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success. Responsibilities - Design, execute and iterate merchant community growth strategies for high potential merchants. - Monitor high potential merchant growth metrics, identify trends, conduct attribution analysis and work with account managers to optimise growth directions. - Effectively manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track. - Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and industry trends.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree or above, graduating after Dec 2026 or in 2027 - Experience with SQL, Tableau and Excel/Sheets. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
