Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Team Member
Red Rock Ponds RV Resort — Holley, NY 14470
$16–$18/hour · Part-time · Seasonal (Summer)
Red Rock Ponds RV Resort is a family-run campground in Holley looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our maintenance team for the summer season. This is a great fit for someone home for the summer who wants steady part-time work, time outdoors, and the chance to learn real hands-on skills.
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with possible additional hours including Thursdays (roughly 15–20 hours/week)
What you'll do:
You'll be part of our small maintenance crew, working side by side with our foreman to keep the park in great shape. He knows every corner of this place after years here, and you'll pick up real skills working with him while pulling your weight on the day-to-day. The work includes:
Weeding, trimming, and general landscaping across the park
Shovel and rake work — spreading and leveling stone, gravel, and topsoil
Tree and branch trimming, brush and stump cleanup
Grass seeding, mowing, and edging
Filling firewood baskets and other seasonal projects
What we're looking for:
Shows up on time and ready to work — reliability is the #1 thing
Comfortable with steady physical, outdoor labor in summer heat
Good attitude and willingness to learn (no experience required)
Reliable transportation to Holley
Must be 18 or older
Pay: Starting at $16–$18/hour depending on experience, with room to grow for workers who stick with us through the season.
