Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a School Coordinator at Shah Global School located in Indapur. The School Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating educational programs, facilitating communication between staff, students, and parents, implementing youth development initiatives, and providing educational leadership and training.

Ensuring curriculum delivery and monitoring teaching standards. Conducting training, mentoring and resolving challenges faced by teachers. Monitoring student progress, addressing learning gaps and promoting co-curricular activities. Planning timetables, organizing events and ensuring compliance with school policies. Implementing strategies to improve educational outcomes and fostering a positive environment.
