Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to be a part of our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales , and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
o Achieve sales plans to achieve company targets.
o Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
2. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain relationships with clients, channels, and customers.
o Oversee negotiations and closing of deals.
o Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when necessary.
3. Marketing
o Utilize digital and traditional marketing strategies to generate leads.
4. Reporting Analysis
o Perform sales and prepare performance reports.
o Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales efficiency.
Qualifications Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (2+ years preferred).
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
· Knowledge of real estate and market trends.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
