We are seeking an exceptional Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in a dynamic territory.
About the Role:
• Directly responsible for achieving model-wise new car sales volume targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Generate inquiries by organizing events, implementing dealer advertisements, and leveraging digital marketing channels.
• Monitor and optimize inquiry generation across various sources, enhancing conversion ratios and pipeline growth.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
• Increase MSIL market share in the territory by driving volumes and targeting achievement (segment-wise and product-wise) through network and sales team efforts.
• Support brand marketing activities, including BTL and ATL plans, with a focus on results-driven execution and weekly review mechanisms.
• Ensure dealership productivity by monitoring training, test drives, and other essential aspects of dealership operations.
• Develop monthly and quarterly sales projections for dealerships and models, incorporating seasonality, market trends, and pipeline data.
• Maintain pipeline management and conduct weekly target reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
