Job DescriptionGenerating daily reports for returns.FBA removal tracking and reporting.Performing return reconciliation on daily basis and sharing daily reports with supervisor/manager.Opening & tracking cases for undelivered returns with eCommerce portals like Amazon/Flipkart and drive them through resolution.Opening & tracking cases for damaged and missing shipments with eCommerce portals, and drive them through resolution & reimbursement.Categorizing returned products after due inspection, quality check and condition assessment.Maintaining a healthy segregated inventory of returned items in the allocated return bins of the warehouse.Performing regular physical stock verification of return bins, to match and identify any gaps in the returned product stock reports.Required Key Skillscommunication skills are requiredMust have experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel functions, formulas & reporting.Data entry as needed.
