Rental Sales Agent - Sixt Rent a Car Indianapolis

Sixt Rent a Car, a Tom Wood company, located in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a couple dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Rental Sales Agent. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, always providing exceptional customer service to build long lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate rental vehicles and services.
Upsell additional products and services, such as insurance, GPS, child seats, and other add-ons.
Answer customer inquires about rental options, rates, vehicle availability, and rental policies.
Process rental reservations, agreements, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update rental records in the system.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily transactions.
Ensure all rental activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Assist customers with returns, future reservations, and any other requirements or concerns they may have.
Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Maintains high customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in a sales position is preferred.
Required-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
