Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Proactively identify client needs and provide comprehensive financial solutions, including investment products, lending services, and wealth management strategies.
Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, performance, and financial goals, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and direct outreach to expand the client base.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, clearly articulating value propositions and potential risks.
Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' financial situations.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.
