Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Homecare Nurse, located in Delhi, India. The Registered Homecare Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, administering medication, and monitoring patient health. They will coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, provide support and education to patients and their families, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Nursing, Home Care, and Patient Care skills
Medicine and Wound Care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in home healthcare is a plus
Valid nursing license and relevant certifications
