The Role
Situated at our Head Office in Campsie, we are seeking an experienced, talented, enthusiastic and results-driven Personal Assistant for a Senior Manager within our organisation to assist in the management and organisation of his daily activities providing support to him.
The key areas of Responsibility for the Role include;
Assisting and supporting with all facets of the business.
Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Management of occasional company events.
Arranging interstate travel plans and itineraries for the Senior Management Team.
Providing support as required.
Managing both business and personal errands, utmost discretion required.
Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes as required.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Management and Clients.
Responsible for drafting complex and/or confidential correspondence.
Handling and distribution of correspondence directed to managers.
Additional Ad-hoc duties as required.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate;
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant.
Demonstrated ability to provide administration support and diary management in a demanding and high-pressure executive office.
Professional and proactive with own initiative and solutions.
Proven ability to produce high quality documents in a timely manner for internal, external and Board purposes.
High level organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, self-management skills and proven capacity to work within a fluid and dynamic environment with limited supervision.
An uncompromising attitude towards discretion and confidentiality.
All successful candidates will be subject to a Police Background Check.
