JOB DESCRIPTION - REGIONAL HEAD - TRADE FOREX
JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a dedicated foreign exchange trader to join our growing company. You will be required to meet with clients and manage their accounts, including FOREX Sales to corporate clients and SME Clients. You will be required to develop trading strategies to balance risk management with profit seeking when buying and selling on forex trading platforms. This will also include creating and delivering reports on a regular basis to both clients and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyse market activity and monitor market trends,
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies,
• Establish and nurture productive relationship with customers,
• Sale of International Trade and Forex products to corporate clients / SME Clients,
• Day to day management of customers availing international trade and forex products to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring maximization of revenue from these products, and ensuring compliance to the FEMA, RBI and other regulatory guidelines,
• Ensure revenue generation as per budget from forex clients,
• Provide guidance to RMs in terms of scoping the market for forex intensive clients to be acquired as New to Bank Clients (NTB),
• Coordinate closely with Treasury & Corporate Branches to ensure all forex transactions happen at the agreed rates,
• Ensure fulfilment of all transactions in the given TAT, with zero error, while adhering to the process and policies of the Bank,
• Ensuring all treasury related documents are submitted by the customer in defined TAT,
• Continuously monitor the market conditions and remain updated on the current market trends and prepare relevant reports,
• The role holder will head the region with team of persons.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Must possess Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA - Finance).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 14-15 years of experience handling Trade / Forex Corporate Clients is required.
PRE-REQUISITE
• Deep interest in the financial markets,
• Deep understanding of functioning of Foreign Exchange markets,
• Detailed understanding of forex products along with thorough knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines,
• Adequate knowledge of markets, with ability to interpret these data and use it for business opportunities,
• Knowledge of RBI regulations,
• Good communication skills.

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
