Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other creative channels.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and support offer rollout and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress and challenges.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
