Receptionist/admin Assistant

you will be available on call at any time required 7 days per week. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Shift timings are 12 to +pm.

This role is to become my personal assistant/Secretary leading towards company Manager in future, with duties including but not limited to:
Attend to personal duties of current managing director. Sometimes working late/Evenings will be involved due to international time lines.

Organising meetings around suppliers in india and keeping paper work of quotes and prices. Orders and paperwork of exports to be kept organised.

MS-OFFICE and computer savvy is MUST.

Assisting in general office management/Managing everything in the company.

Travel will be involved national (You must be able to travel without any notice)

Diary management, Prepare presentations, Attend meetings, Minute taking and creating follow up action plans. Close deals with factories around India.

You will need to be flexible and available to travel when required. No notice will be given; however, you will usually be in an office environment
