• *Job Description** :1. Assisting the Reporting Manager to all program venues, all meetings and business calls.
2. Maintaining Training Calendar (Date, Time and Venue).
3. Scheduling various training programs, meetings and PC’s [Personal Counseling].
4. Writing minutes of all Sessions, Monthly Meetings and PCs.
5. Informing PC clients about date, time and venue
6. Taking confirmation from PC clients.
7. Checking and replying to E-mails of Reporting Manager
8. Ensure that various files are being sent to the Reporting Manager well before every event.
+. Prepare Strategies / Topics to be covered in every session.
10. Monitor and ensure all arrangements for E-Gurukul sessions, Monthly Meetings and PCs.
11. Attending special customer requests and complaints and responding to them.
12. Be alert to seize the sales opportunities during sessions and monthly meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
