Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Telephone Handling: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments; take accurate messages as needed.
Customer Communication: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our products, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Data Entry: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, handling emails, and coordinating office activities.
Coordination: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and follow-up activities.
Customer Service: Provide information and support to customers regarding products, orders, and services.
Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
