**RECEPTIONIST**
• *Job profile: -**
1. To receive and make calls with appropriate manners.
2. To keep the reception area clean, tidy and make sure it is well equipped with necessities. There is dedicated staff appointed for cleaning and other things, make sure the staff works properly so reception area is always clean, neat and tidy. (like water glasses filled with water)
3. To assist and guide the interviewees, guest, visitors, courier staff, new joiners or any official staff whenever needed.
4. To update Inbound, outbound call, Outdoor visitors, courier details in the Chetak software.
5. To maintain visitor records of inbound and outbound calls, courier log register on weekly and monthly basis and send the reports.
6. To escalate the incoming or outgoing calls to / at right concern person.
7. To update the snacks distribution record on daily basis.
8. To do / follow proper phone management system after leaving the desk so all calls escalate to security Desk.
+. To assist in official work whenever needed.
10. To be presentable as a face of the company so dressing sense, communication skills and mannerism would be on top priority.

To handle all administration activities.
