Key responsibilities:

1. Collect and enter data accurately into relevant databases or spreadsheets

2. Verify and update changes to ensure data integrity

3. Maintain and manage sheets for regular data tracking

4. Organize files and paperwork systematically

5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries

6. Apply functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data analysis
