About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global SEM Specialist to oversee and optimize our search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across various regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, expertise in Google Ads and other paid search platforms, and a comprehensive understanding of both regional and global SEM strategies. This role demands experience in executing SEM campaigns across multiple countries, developing keyword strategies, managing bids, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute global SEM strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other

search platforms.
• Manage and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across multiple countries, ensuring

maximum ROI and efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve

search performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEM campaign performance, providing actionable

insights.
• Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve Quality Score

and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to tailor SEM strategies to local market

trends and customer behavior.
• Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) to track and

measure campaign success.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, best practices, and emerging

trends.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns remain within allocated spend while

maximizing performance.
• Test and implement automation tools and scripts to enhance campaign efficiency.

Must haves:
• 3-5+ years of experience in managing global SEM/PPC campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,

and Data Studio.
• Ability to handle multi-country, multi-language campaigns with a clear understanding

of localization needs.
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance

analysis.
• Excellent data interpretation and problem-solving skills.

Good to have:
• Experience with bid management tools such as SA360, Skai, or Marin is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with tight deadlines.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
