Responsibilities:
Process real estate deal transactions and settle contracts
Create manage trade record sheets
Follow up and collect outstanding documents from agents
Monitor and refresh real estate processes to abide by applicable laws and regulations
Facilitate commission payments and coordinate payments to realtors and third parties
Prepare and send invoices to co-operating brokerages buildings for commission
Follow up on outstanding commissions + invoices to builders
Correspond with real estate agents, brokerages, builders and legal professionals, and other brokerages regarding possible problems, required documents, and closings
Maintain up-date record and organize deal files
Coordinate administrative staff and activities
Prepare Office Payroll and at the end of the year T4 T4A worksheet
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate accounting and deals transaction
Knowledge of other Deal transaction Software will be a good asset
Understanding of the real estate deals process
Payroll, bookkeeping basic accounting
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
Thorough knowledge of general Real Estate Bank Office operations
Attention to detail strong data entry skills
Polite professional customer service communication ability
Preferred language: Cantonese or Mandarin
