Job Description :

Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) plays a pivotal role in the recruitment in Meghavi

Wellness Pvt and talent management processes. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on boarding new hires. The Assistant Manager will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

 Roles Responsibilities

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational

staffing needs.

 Co-ordinate with AGM HR , GM Zonal’s Managers to understand job requirements

and create accurate and compelling job descriptions.

 Use various recruiting tools and platforms to attract top talent, including job boards,

social media, and networking events like Naukri.com, Apna , Indeed etc.

 Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring

needs.

 Implement talent pipelining strategies to proactively address future staffing needs.

 Should have experience in Handling a team of 4+ Recruiters.

 Promote the company’s employer brand through effective communication and

outreach.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 Collect and act on candidate feedback to improve the recruitment experience.

 Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR

objectives.

 Collaborate with hiring managers and finance to determine appropriate compensation packages.

 Preferred Qualifications:

 Qualification MBA –HR or Relevant Experience in NON – IT Recruitment .

 HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or recruitment certification preferable.

 Experience with advanced recruitment technologies and tools.

 Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in recruitment and

compensation.
