Compensation: Base Salary + Commission on Incoming Business

This position offers a base salary together with a performance-based commission structure. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn significant additional income through commissions associated with incoming business, client engagements and business-development activities. The compensation structure is designed so that a substantial portion of overall earning potential can be generated through commissions.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized and business-minded RCIC & HR Development Administrator to join our growing international team.

This is a dual-function position combining the professional knowledge of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with human resources development, candidate assessment, administration and business-development support.

The position will be based in Canada while providing administrative, HR and professional support to our operations and affiliated teams in Canada, the United States and Nigeria.
