Responsibilities
This person should be able to perform additions and removals of common telecom equipment and basic telecom hardware associated with the fiber optic network, including by not limited to distribution panels, modules, cards and protection duct
Fiber Optic Testers should also be able to add and remove fiber optic cable and connections on non-working equipment without supervision using proper routing and protection methods
In addition, Technicians should be qualified to lead fiber optic cleaning, scoping and Optical Loss / Power , OTDR, PMD and CD Testing
This role will involve 100% travel across the country
