π Weβre Hiring: AI QA Lead | 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced AI QA Lead to lead the development of an AI-powered QA automation platform for enterprise software products.
π Location: Bangalore / Pune
πΌ Work Mode: Hybrid
π¨ π» Experience: 10+ Years
β³ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
π― Interview Process: Virtual + 1 Round In-Person
πΉ Key Responsibilities
βͺοΈOwn the end-to-end AI-driven test automation pipeline
βͺοΈDesign intelligent test generation, execution and self-healing workflows
βͺοΈDefine quality gates for coverage, correctness and resilience
βͺοΈDevelop test coverage strategies and identify automation gaps
βͺοΈEstablish execution quality metrics, reporting and cost tracking
βͺοΈLead and mentor QA engineers transitioning to AI-assisted automation
βͺοΈBuild trustworthy and auditable processes for AI-generated test output
βͺοΈPresent quality metrics and delivery progress to senior leadership
πΉ What Weβre Looking For
βͺοΈ10+ years of experience in Software QA with 5+ years in test automation
βͺοΈStrong hands-on experience with modern browser automation frameworks
βͺοΈExperience with Page Object Model (POM) architecture
βͺοΈStrong understanding of test design and automation best practices
βͺοΈHands-on experience with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development
βͺοΈUnderstanding of LLM prompts, agent instructions and context management
βͺοΈExperience evaluating AI-generated test code for quality and resilience
βͺοΈProficiency in TypeScript, Java, Python or .NET
βͺοΈStrong knowledge of Git, CI/CD and automated test execution
βͺοΈExperience building evaluation pipelines, metrics and reporting
βͺοΈProven experience leading QA teams through tooling or methodology transitions
β Preferred: Experience in complex enterprise domains such as Banking, Insurance, Taxation, Regulatory or similar industries.
