Position Details
Designation: Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) Officer – Quick Commerce
Location: Chennai, UP & Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across multiple cities and operational regions across India.
Role Description
DropX Logistics is hiring a Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) Officer with robust experience in Quick Commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing inventory shrinkage, preventing fraud, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance, and strengthening security controls across operations. Candidates must have prior experience in Security & Loss Prevention roles within leading Quick Commerce companies
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic and surprise audits across operational locations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and identify shrinkage trends.
- Investigate inventory losses, theft, pilferage, stock discrepancies, and fraud incidents.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Perform stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
- Conduct fraud detection and risk assessment activities.
- Review CCTV footage and security reports during investigations.
- Drive compliance awareness and conduct training programs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, HR, and Leadership teams.
- Prepare audit reports, investigation findings, and management dashboards.
- Identify operational vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplin
