We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident level 3 qualified practitioner to join our team at our Parbold setting.

```Duties```
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for young children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials

```Requirements```
- Minimum of a Btec national diploma or equivalentin Childcare
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
