About the Role

We're looking for a Wills Manager and Lawyer to lead our dedicated team delivering Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs), and related services to Victorians.

You'll provide legal oversight on complex matters, including blended families, vulnerable clients, and bespoke instructions, while driving service improvements, supporting staff development, and contributing to our broader growth strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise, operational leadership, and community impact in one role.

What you'll be doing

Leading and coaching a team of Will Writers and admin professionals
Providing expert advice on complex estate planning matters
Reviewing and approving legal documents and clauses
Driving service improvements and contributing to business development
Supporting training, compliance and stakeholder engagement
Being the legal `go-to' for nuanced or high-risk matters
What you'll bring

A degree in Law and a current unrestricted Victorian Practising Certificate
Experience preparing Wills, EPAs and related documents
Strong understanding of estate planning and capacity issues
Proven leadership in a legal or professional services setting
A confident, clear communicator who can build strong relationships
A proactive mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency and client outcomes
