Role Description The Project Manager – Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for end-to-end management of interior design projects. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Daily tasks include tracking procurement and deliveries, expediting materials and fixtures, supervising installation activities, and conducting on-site inspections to maintain design and quality standards. The Project Manager will manage logistics for project sites, monitor progress against milestones, resolve operational issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvements in project execution.
Qualifications
• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading interior fit-out or luxury design projects.
• Experience in site coordination and quality control, including Inspection and Expeditor responsibilities for materials and workmanship.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, with the ability to coordinate vendors, shipments, and site deliveries efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with clients, design teams, and contractors.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with problem-solving skills and accountability for project outcomes.
• Experience in high-end residential or commercial interiors in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
