Project Engineer - Transportation Design

Marlborough, Massachusetts



Position involves design of roadway and intersection improvements following MassDOT protocols including preparation of engineering design plans from concept through PSE including specifications, construction cost estimates and bid documents. Candidate will facilitate and participate in permit application submittals and support for resident engineering services working with senior design staff/project managers with the goal of advancing Candidate to a senior design engineer roll.



Fluency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; familiarity with MassDOT design standards for roadway and signal improvement projects is preferred but not required. Minimum qualifications include BSCE, 5-8 years professional work experience and excellent organizational and written/verbal skills. Candidate should be working toward professional registration with the goal of attaining registration within one year of hire.
