Job Description: The Assistant is expected to work as part of the management team and is accountable for the provision of accurate and efficient support services for the Health Servicers Manager at the Southwest Integrated Health Care Facility.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

Two (2) years experience in an office environment
Education

Business Administration certificate
Office Administration certificate
Grade 12
Licenses

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Competencies

Keyboarding skills
Planning skills
Organizational skills
Intermediate - Computer skills
Problem solving skills
Verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Writing skills
Knowledge and Abilities

Highly proficient in database management, spreadsheets and basic computing.
High level accuracy/attention to detail required in all aspects of this position
Can maintain confidentiality including confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system
Self motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to be self-directed, creative, collaborative and to have sound judgement

Shaunavon is located approximately 108 km southwest of Swift Current
Travel may be required to provide service to sites within the area
