Understand and leverage the firm’s full offering of services to clients
Oversee onboarding of new clients and the customer journey
Review all current client retention and delivery processes, resources, tools, data and develop a plan for improvements
Build and lead a highly skilled delivery team ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction
Oversee achievement of performance related to client deliverables
Manage and track teams on continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery
Manage and resolve client issues
Some travel required to facilitate management, training, and client interaction
Preferred Experience
A minimum of 10 years of management consulting experience, preferably in strategy
Experience in top-ten strategy consulting preferred but not required
7 years of project management or technical leadership experience
Director or Sr. Director experience
MBA or graduate degree
Demonstrated record of success in business development and strategic account management
Strong network for recruitment, business development, and partnership opportunities
