**Position**: Principal - Cambridge Syllabus (IGCSE)
• *Location**: Shollinganallur, Chennai
• *Job Summary**:
Gateway Group of International Schools is in search of an accomplished and strategic leader to take on the role of Principal for our IGCSE program at the Shollinganallur campus, who will drive academic excellence, foster an inclusive learning environment, and ensure compliance with Cambridge standards. This role involves strategic leadership, staff management, and nurturing student success.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Academic Excellence: Oversee the implementation of the Cambridge (IGCSE) curriculum to maintain high academic standards.
- Staff Development: Mentor, and evaluate teaching staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Student Support: Promote a positive, inclusive environment that enhances student learning, welfare, and development.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to Cambridge curriculum requirements and educational regulations standards.
- Communication: Engage effectively with parents, staff, and the broader school community, fostering partnerships and school spirit.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage school resources, budget, and daily operations.
• *Qualifications**:

- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field. Cambridge curriculum training is must.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in educational leadership (e.g. Department head, Principal, Vice-Principal) with experience in Cambridge or international school settings.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a passion for student success and staff empowerment.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
