Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Learning
Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in English and Mathematics in line with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/International as applicable).
Use creative and interactive teaching methods to engage young learners.
Incorporate technology and modern tools to support blended learning.
Encourage reading, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding.
Assessment Student Progress
Design and administer age-appropriate assessments.
Track and report student performance regularly.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
Support students with individual learning needs.
Classroom Management
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Manage classroom behavior effectively with empathy and consistency.
Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all students.
Collaboration School Involvement
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Contribute to co-curricular activities, events, and school community programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
Strong subject knowledge in English and Mathematics.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
Experience with CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum preferred.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Comfortable with using digital tools and online teaching platforms.
