Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The Pre-Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, assisting in proposal creation, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs
• Technical knowledge related to endpoint management solutions and enterprise mobility management
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations and technical support
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years experience in a pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical role
