Key Responsibilities:
• Build partnerships with leaders for employee relations advice
• Coach leaders through complex workplace situations
• Manage employee and labour relations matters
• Ensure compliance with legislation and policies
• Support organizational change and transitions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• CPHR designation is an asset
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Strong HR legislation and best practices knowledge
