Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with security, ground staff, and other departments to ensure smooth passenger flow.

Monitor and manage boarding gates, ensuring timely departure of flights.

Assist in the preparation and management of passenger-related documentation.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all airport safety regulations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional language proficiency is a plus).

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficient in computer systems and office software.
• *

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and safety protocols is a plus.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the travel or airline industry.
