Your role will be instrumental in guiding students towards higher education and admissions, conducting impactful counseling sessions that shape their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with private senior secondary schools, collaborating closely with HODs, Principals, and other decision-makers.

Conduct insightful counseling sessions with students, guiding them towards the right higher education choices.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to craft effective outreach strategies and materials.

Engage with parents to provide valuable insights on higher education admission options, ensuring informed decisions.

Plan and execute events and knowledge sessions in collaboration with school faculty, guiding students on their career paths.

Connect with students, parents, and educators to address inquiries, provide program information, and encourage enrollment.

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry demands to tailor programs to students evolving needs.

Monitor program performance and enrollment figures, using data to enhance program effectiveness.
