Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert inquiries into potential customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain products or services to customers and answer questions.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Record customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding offers, pricing, and services.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving call quality and conversion rates.
Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Freshers to 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
