Job Description
Operational Optimization: Evaluate business procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and implement process improvements.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs to drive productivity and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets, review financial data to improve profitability, and control expenses.
Resource & Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
