Job Description
Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information. Maintain accurate customer records. Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handle high volume of incoming emails and chats while exceeding the Productivity, Quality
• Provide resolution to partner queries/issues through email and chat to utmost satisfaction
• Liaise between customer/partners and various internal teams/individuals while working to
• get resolution to partner queries/issues
• Identify and share partner issues & feedback with the relevant individuals/teams through
