We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while providing exceptional support to the team. Someone with agriculture experience would be an asset.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Handle vendor management, including procurement/inventory management.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access for all team members.
Provide clerical support, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries from clients and visitors.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
look after social media accounts and collaborate on marketing strategies.

Skills

Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
Proficient in vendor management practices to ensure quality service delivery.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining files and records accurately.
Proficient in general office procedures and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Experience in human resources functions is a plus, particularly in onboarding processes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete individual tasks efficiently.
Procurement/inventory management experience is a plus.
Marketing experience is also a benefit.
