Job Summary:

Brainware University is seeking an accomplished Academic Leader to oversee the Department of Nursing. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for driving academic excellence and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead curriculum development and implementation
• Oversee teaching staff and student assessment
• Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
• Engage with industry partners to promote collaborative research and practice
• Ensure alignment with university standards and policies
Requirements:
• M.Sc.(N) degree with 12 years of experience after M.Sc.(N)
• 10 years of teaching experience after MSc required
• Ph.D.(N) desirable
• Experience in private universities advantageous
