As a Nurse Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring nursing and allied healthcare professionals exclusively for Giga Health. Your focus will be on hiring high-quality talent for our internal teams across various roles and specializations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for nursing and allied health roles within Giga Health
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions such as:
• Staff Nurses (ICU, OT, NICU, General, etc.)
• Nurse Educators
• Nursing Supervisors/Managers
• Medical Assistants
• Lab Technicians, OT Assistants, and other support roles
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, partnerships with nursing institutions, and internal referrals
• Ensure candidates meet necessary certifications, experience levels, and compliance with INC and NABH standards• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding in collaboration with internal HR and operations teams
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring trackers, and regular reports for leadership

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment focused on nursing and clinical roles
• Experience hiring for Indian hospitals, healthcare providers, or staffing firms
• Knowledge of clinical qualifications, training standards, and Indian Nursing Council (INC) guidelines
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and offline channels
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills
• Ability to handle volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed

Preferred Background:
• Degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience hiring for in-house healthcare teams or captive hospital setups
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards in Indian healthcare hiring
• Understanding of NABH accreditation and industry workforce trends
