Job Description :
The Manager – H.R. Admin will be responsible for employment Industrial Relations, organizational planning development, labor law compliances, Admin work. He will also be involved in Commercials and Statutory Compliance of Contractors/Vendors
Responsibilities
HR HSE Related:
• Formulation of HR policies of branches and HO
• Formulation of SOPs, KRAs.
• Formulation of Performance Evaluation policies
• Management of timekeeping and Compensation Management
• Statutory compliances of HR.
• Budgeting and Costing
• Need to take care of all safety norms for all the sites.
• Forming of HSE policy and ensuring proper implementation including management of Safety PPE.
• Overseeing the Recruitment Division
Legal IR Related:
• Overseeing of legal issues of the Company
• Liaison with various Government Authorities
• Negotiation with Unions and Labour Contracts
• Handling all legal matters of the Group
Admin:
• All Admin work of Corporate office
• Insurance Management
• Estate management
Skills Required
• Knowledge of labor laws Liaisoning with Local authorities Gov. Bodies
• HR, Payroll and Recruitment Management Software knowledge
• Negotiation with Union Contractor
• Good Communication Skills: Gujarati, Hindi, English
Computer Proficiency
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Age Limit
Below 45 years, Preferably Male Candidate.
Compensation
Upto Rs 10.0 LPA
