About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the National Marketing Communications Manager will shape and lead the organisation’s marketing, brand and corporate communications strategy. You will inspire a high performing team, drive lead generation and sale conversion, and elevate the brand to support growth and impact. Key responsibilities include:

Leading a strategic brand uplift and market positioning that reflects the organisation’s high quality care and services
Positioning the organisation to attract and retain employees to the sector, and as a differentiator to its competitors
Conducting market segmentation and competitor analysis for competitive edge
Enhancing digital marketing and customer experience
Improving communications across the organisation
Collaborating on a purpose-led corporate affairs strategy.

About you
You are a seasoned marketing and communications leader with experience in healthcare, aged care or a related service sector. Known for your strategic thinking and people leadership, you bring:

A track record of delivering growth through multichannel marketing
Strong digital marketing and analytics expertise
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A customer-first mindset, with an expectation of excellence and commercial acumen
Your ability to inspire teams and translate insights into action, which is key to positioning the brand for future success.
