Job Title: MIS Executive / MIS Coordinator
Department: Operations / Projects / Technical Support
The MIS Executive is responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient preparation, control, and management of organizational documents. The role ensures proper documentation processes, version control, and easy retrieval of both electronic and physical records supporting technical teams and departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Document Controller, ensuring timely preparation, management, and maintenance of documents.
Control and manage document numbering, sorting, filing, storage, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy records.
Maintain systematic records of documents generated by technical teams, projects, or departments.
Perform copying, scanning, and digital storage of documents as per company standards.
Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before circulation or filing.
Edit and update documents such as contracts, reports, manuals, and workflows as required.
Review, update, and maintain technical documents, ensuring the latest versions are available and obsolete versions are archived properly.
Ensure document confidentiality and compliance with internal documentation policies.
Support teams with document retrieval and reporting whenever required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and document management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and document management systems
Ability to manage both digital and physical records efficiently
Good coordination and communication skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Prior experience in MIS or document control will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
